Amanda Maddalena

Trainer

I am a ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and have been for 3 year now. My Bachelor’s Degree is in Nutrition & Dietetics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. My Master’s Degree is in Nutrition Science from the University at Buffalo. Growing up I was a competitive soccer player and gymnast. In 2016 I began competing in NPC Bikini competitions and placed 2nd in my first show, Pittsburgh Pro. Throughout my years of schooling, I have developed a strong passion for nutrition and exercise science taking the scientific approach to help individuals create a healthy maintainable lifestyle. My nutrition philosophy is to have a flexible, realistic diet plan that works for YOU and your lifestyle. I strongly believe the best diet is the one that becomes “the way you eat” vs a “stereotypical diet”. My objectives through teaching and coaching is to spread more awareness of evidence-based nutrition and training techniques. Remember;” You don’t decide your future. You decide your habits and your habits decide your future
